We Provide Heating & Cooling Solutions that Matter
Randy Koch has been in the HVAC industry since 1979. Upon completion of high school, Randy joined the Air Force as a heating and cooling technician in 1979 and immediately began working in the private sector in 1983 after serving four years.
In 1987 Randy incorporated Four Seasons and began serving the commercial heating and cooling needs of Ann Arbor, establishing relationships with such local businesses as Cottage in Pizza, The Old German Restaurant, and Pacific Rim. In 2006 Four Season shifted its focus to residential service and repair. In 2012 Randy’s son Benjamen started working for the company after attending college in Grand Rapids and, in 2018, became an active partner in the business.
Four Seasons splits its residential business evenly between service and installation, and specializes in providing solutions for homes with individual rooms that are hard to heat or cool. In 2011 Four Seasons became the first heating and cooling company in southeastern Michigan to provide “real-time” online scheduling. This service allows customers to see available service times and schedule appointments from their home computers or smartphones at their convenience.
We service and install boilers, furnaces, central air conditioning, humidifiers, air purifiers, Mitsubishi mini-splits, and booster fans, and we provide service to rental units for city heating inspections.
